University of Calgary Cochrane Gymnastics offers coed summer day camps at the SLS Centre, 800 Griffin Road East, Cochrane, Alberta.
The published 2026 program offers preschool camps for ages 4–5 as either morning or afternoon half-day sessions. Preschoolers should not register for both halves in the same week. Children must be able to follow instructions and use the washroom without assistance.
Recreation camps are for ages 6–13, with full-day options and selected half-day sessions whose exact ages vary. Campers are grouped by age and ability. Families of children older than 13 should contact the gym to discuss a suitable option rather than assume eligibility. All campers must use the washroom independently.
Gymnastics activities develop strength, balance and coordination using apparatus such as bars, beams, vault, trampoline and tumble track. Sessions also include games, crafts, outdoor play, nature walks and teamwork.
The historical 2026 calendar runs July 6–August 21, with weekly themes combined here; August 4–7 is a four-day week. No 2027 schedule is confirmed in the reviewed camp information. Check the operator’s website for current session choices, eligibility and availability.
