Kasota East Camp hosts overnight summer camps on Sylvan Lake in Alberta’s Half Moon Bay area. Follow Range Road 21 north from Highway 11A and turn right at the end of the camp access road. This is the east camp property, separate from Kasota West. Box 8951, Sylvan Lake is a mailing address.

The official historical 2026 schedule lists these coed programs: Junior ages 8–14 on July 5–10, July 19–24, July 26–31, August 9–14 and August 16–21; Teen ages 12–15 on July 12–17; and Primary ages 6–12 on August 4–7. Counselor-in-Training (CIT), ages 15–16, is a two-part program listed for July 26–31 and August 5–8, 2026. Confirm both CIT attendance periods and accommodation arrangements with camp. These dates do not confirm a 2027 program.

Campers share cabins and meals and can choose activities such as canoeing, archery, crafts, nature walks, theatre games, sports, campouts and swimming. Access varies by program and conditions. A swim test determines the swimming area each camper may use. Leadership and teamwork activities form part of the camp experience, and CIT combines camp activities with childcare and leadership learning.

Kasota East is rooted in the United Church and welcomes campers from diverse religious and spiritual backgrounds. Faith, friendship and community are explored through discussion, reflection, music and activities. All weekly themes at this venue are combined here. Check current eligibility, dates, availability, support needs and registration requirements directly with the operator.
