Bar Harbour Camp hosts Christian-based overnight summer programs at 40526 Range Road 202 on the south shore of Buffalo Lake in central Alberta, as listed by the Alberta Camping Association (which the operator identifies as its accrediting association). The operator’s Stettler PO box is a mailing address, not the camp venue.
Published 2026 eligibility: Scamper ages 6–9 (July 5–7); Junior ages 8–13 (July 7–10, updated age range); All In ages 8–13 (July 12–17); Intermediate/Senior ages 14–17 (July 19–24). All In accommodates siblings, cousins and friends of different ages within its stated range. Weekly programs are combined in this one venue listing.
Activities include archery, arts and crafts, canoeing, outdoor games, gaga ball, lake swimming and campfires. Older campers’ options include canoe skill development, night games and a talent show.
Leaders-in-Training is for ages 16–17, subject to application and limited places. Participants must attend staff training and commit to at least one camp, excluding Youth Camp; they assist with Scamper or Junior camps.
The detailed session information above is historical summer 2026 information. The operator says 2027 dates will be released by mid-November; 2027 sessions and eligibility are not yet confirmed here. Check the official website for the new calendar and current availability.
