BGC Wetaskiwin hosts Summer Day Camps at its Clubhouse, 4705 47 Avenue, Wetaskiwin, Alberta. The operator specifies children who have completed Kindergarten through Grade 6; this is grade-based eligibility. Historical 2026 camps ran weekdays June 29–August 21, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding July 1 and August 3, with weekly registration. Equivalent 2027 sessions have not been confirmed.
Activities include creative projects, active play, dramatic play, cultural and technology activities, resilience skills, community outings and field trips. The 2026 registration materials distinguish off-site water activities: ages 8–12 visit the Manluk Aquatic Centre for swimming, while ages 5–7 use the Manluk Spray Park. These activity-specific ages do not replace the camp’s completed-Kindergarten-through-Grade-6 requirement. Downtown OSC and community attractions are off-site visits, while the summer camp base is the Clubhouse.
Families provide summer meals and snacks. Review the official registration, consent and handbook requirements for outings, transportation, suitable footwear, medication and individual support. Confirm current costs and availability with the operator.
