Arthritis Society Canada hosts Camp All In This Together at Camp Kindle, 29479 Range Road 61A, near Water Valley, Alberta. The historical 2026 session ran July 6–10, with five days and four nights. This does not confirm a 2027 season. The venue is separate from Calgary and Edmonton bus pickup locations and the operator’s offices.
The camp welcomes ages 8–17 with a confirmed diagnosis of arthritis or another rheumatic condition, primarily from Alberta and the Northwest Territories. Campers from British Columbia or Saskatchewan may also be accepted in some cases. Selection requires coverage through Alberta’s health care plan or private health insurance, and proof of that coverage is mandatory.
An application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications are reviewed and officially confirmed by Arthritis Society Canada, with first-time campers prioritized for 2026 and a waitlist when spaces are filled.
The 2026 handbook lists swimming, land sports, arts and crafts, a climbing wall, ziplining, high ropes and archery. Campers also enjoy campfires, songs, games and opportunities to connect with peers living with similar conditions. The program follows a challenge-by-choice approach, with activities adapted to daily conditions.
Campers sleep in bunk beds in heated lodges, with single-occupancy washrooms and showers shared among campers. Meals and medical support form part of the hosted program. Families must follow the operator’s current medication-packaging and administration-record requirements and discuss individual support needs before attendance. Confirm current dates, eligibility, acceptance, costs and transport directly with Arthritis Society Canada.
