Camp BB Riback is a Jewish overnight summer camp on the shores of Pine Lake in Red Deer County, Alberta. Its camp property is separate from its Calgary office. The current official site advertises summer 2027 and lists the following programs and dates. Confirm arrival instructions directly with camp.

Wonder Weekend is listed for Grades 1–3, August 5–9. Wonder Week July is Grades 1–4, July 4–11 or July 11–18; Wonder Week August is Grades 1–4, July 29–August 5. The camp recommends the August option for first-time campers.

Cochavim/Ruach lists Grades 1–4 / 5–6, and Machon lists Grades 7–8. Their sessions are July 4–25 and July 29–August 12, with a full-summer option also shown. Leadership Training (LTP) is for campers who have just completed Grade 9, with the same session dates and a full summer recommended. Confirm arrangements for the interval between sessions with the operator.

Counsellors in Training (CIT) lists Grade 10, with July 4–25 or the full summer July 4–August 12. It develops programming, teamwork, Judaism and childcare skills through supervised camper and specialty-area experience.

The Junior Counsellor Program is for participants who have just finished Grade 11 and requires the full summer. Its date panel lists June 29–August 12, subject to change and confirmation before summer. It includes part of staff training and supervised placement with a younger camper cabin. Junior participants do not count toward the camper-staff ratio. The operator describes a non-refundable deposit and a possible end-of-session payment dependent on grant availability.

Program eligibility is expressed in grades. The site explicitly defines completion for LTP and Junior Counsellors; the other program panels list grades without specifying an incoming or completed-grade basis. Confirm the appropriate placement with camp.

Activities include canoeing, kayaking, pool swimming, a climbing wall, ropes course, ziplining, horseback riding, mountain biking, sports, arts and crafts, pottery, performing arts and film. Discovery activities include fire, shelter, tent and outdoor cooking skills. Off-site adventure trips are for Grades 7–11, with activities such as hiking, climbing and river canoeing. Activities and instruction vary by program, skill and conditions; riding starts with safety and steering instruction, and bikes and helmets are supplied for bike rotations.

Jewish cultural and religious traditions, including Shabbat, form part of camp life. Campers are welcome regardless of religious background. Families should discuss individual support needs with the office and confirm current program requirements, packing, availability and any date changes before registration.
