Camp Little Red is a Christian wilderness camp west of Bowden, Alberta, offering summer day camps and overnight camps.
The official 2027 schedule lists Horse Day Camps on July 7 and 8 and Fun Day Camps on July 9 and 10, for ages 6–9. Day camps run 9:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Overnight sessions: Camp 1, July 14–18, ages 8–12; Camp 2, July 21–25, ages 10–13; Camp 3, July 28–August 1, ages 8–12; Camp 4, August 4–8, ages 13–15; Camp 5, August 11–15, ages 8–12. Campers may attend one overnight camp per summer. Registration opens January 2027.
Activities include horseback riding, archery, wall climbing, water sports and wilderness survival. Horse participation is optional, has an extra fee and depends on availability. Overnight campers sleep in large tents with wooden floors and bring a sleeping pad and bedding.
The physical camp is on Range Road 24, half a mile south of Highway 587, approximately 16 km west of Bowden. Use the official directions map before travelling.
