Engineering for Kids Stony Plain offered STEMpowered Leaders Summer Day Camps for ages 5–12 at Ryu Senshi Judo Club, 100 King Street, Spruce Grove, Alberta. All five historical 2026 weeks used this physical venue. Regular hours were 8:30am–4:30pm, with optional paid care from 7:30–8:30am and 4:30–5:30pm. 2027 summer programmes are not confirmed.

The 2026 themes were July 20–24: Judo + STEM, Confidence & Motion; July 27–31: Inventors & Innovators, Space Explorers; August 4–7: Judo + STEM, Strength & Strategy (four days); August 10–14: Earth Forces & Natural Wonders; and August 17–21: Eco-Village Design. The August 10–14 week was advertised as French immersion; families should confirm language arrangements directly.

Programme activities varied by week: judo and engineering builds, rockets and lunar-lander challenges, coding, volcano and weather models, sustainable-community design, outdoor exploration, creative labs and leadership practice. Judo was part of the two specifically named Judo + STEM weeks. Full-week and three-day mini-camp options were advertised; arrange individual days directly with the operator.

Pack lunch, snacks, water, sunscreen and a hat for outdoor activity. Instructors may adjust activities for severe weather or excessive heat. Families should review the relevant weekly information and discuss support needs and current availability before enrolling.
