Leduc Boat Club hosted historical 2026 summer day camps at its Telford Lake facility, 4801 44 Street, Leduc, Alberta. Paddling camps were for ages 10–17; the dedicated rowing camp was for ages 14–17. The club says 2026 camps have ended and advertises 2027 registration opening in February; exact 2027 camp dates and programme details are not yet confirmed.
The five published 2026 paddling weeks were July 6–10, July 13–17, July 20–24, July 27–31 and August 10–14. The separate rowing week ran July 6–10, 2026. Both programmes ran Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, with drop-off starting at 8:30am.
Paddling camps followed Canoe Kayak Canada’s Canoe Kids curriculum, using skills and games to introduce or improve canoeing, kayaking, dragon boating and stand-up paddleboarding. The rowing camp focused on rowing. Weather or environmental conditions could limit on-water activities, with indoor alternatives provided.
The club’s application asks families to describe swimming ability, relevant medical conditions and previous water experience. A parent or guardian must complete the required waiver before the child participates. Confirm current swimming, equipment and support requirements directly with the club before registration.
