Rundle College offers sport and curiosity summer day camps at its campus at 7615 17 Avenue SW in Calgary, Alberta. The camps welcome children from the wider Calgary community; campers do not need to attend Rundle during the school year.
The historical 2026 programme served children entering kindergarten through Grade 6 in fall 2026. KinderCrew required campers to be ages 4–5 at the start of camp and entering kindergarten in September 2026. The Grades 1–3 group required incoming Grades 1–3 for the 2026–27 academic year and ages 5–9. The Grades 4–6 group required incoming Grades 4–6 and ages 9–12. All campers had to meet the appropriate age requirement by their first camp day. 2027 dates are unconfirmed.
The four 2026 weeks were June 29–July 3, July 6–10, July 13–17 and July 20–24. There was no camp on July 1. KinderCrew was offered during the July 13–17 and July 20–24 weeks, with playful kindergarten preparation through math, phonics, early writing, art, STEAM activities, building, yoga, music and cooperative play.
School-age campers selected morning and afternoon programme combinations. Options across the weeks included basketball, volleyball, soccer, multi-sport games, LEGO building, LEGO Mindstorms robotics, STEAM, art, Creative Souls, Math+Art Fusion, Tech Wizards and theatre. Tech Wizards included Blockly and Sphero coding, iMovie, green-screen projects and digital citizenship. Art explored drawing, painting, clay and mixed media; theatre used storytelling, movement and a staged performance. Availability varied by week and grade group.
Most camp sessions ran 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with drop-off from 8:00 a.m. and pickup by 4:00 p.m. KinderCrew ended at 2:15 p.m.; optional paid aftercare extended it to 3:30 p.m. Confirm the pickup arrangements for that option. No care was available after 4:00 p.m.
The 2026 handbook required daily sign-in and sign-out and authorised pickup arrangements. Families supplied lunch and snacks unless they arranged the optional advance meal service. The programme was nut-free and did not permit food sharing. Discuss dietary needs, medication permissions, individual support and suitability directly with the camp.
