Town of High River Simply Youth was a summer day-camp programme for ages 9–12, combining adventure, creativity and teamwork. The Town’s historical 2026 summer camp season ran July 6–August 21 with weekly sessions. 2027 programmes are not confirmed; contact Leisure Services for individual session availability.

The camp base was Bob Snodgrass Recreation Complex, 228–12 Avenue SE, High River, Alberta, using the lobby at the small-arena entrance. The 2026 consent package specified drop-off from 7:30–9am and pick-up from 4–5:30pm, with photo ID required each day. Campers returned to the small arena for attendance before sign-out after outings.

Simply Youth activities included group games, challenges, hands-on projects and outdoor exploration, encouraging independence and leadership. The Town’s camp outings included local parks and the High River Spray Park. Children must be fully toilet trained and use the toilet independently. Camps were nut-free and fish-free; pack lunch, snacks, water, closed-toe running shoes, spare clothing and weather protection.

Required consent forms were due within 72 hours of payment. The Town’s policy stated that staff do not administer medication; families must discuss any medication or support needs before enrolment and review the camp handbook and consent package.
