YMCA of Saskatoon operates an outdoor summer day camp at its Blackstrap Lake camp near Dundurn. The official camp index lists ages 7–13; the detailed Blackstrap page describes eligibility as Grades 2–8. Families should confirm the applicable grade and age requirements with YMCA before registering.
Activities include lake swimming, canoeing, kayaking, archery, crafts, games, fort building and a ropes course. Daily buses bring campers from Saskatoon; the city pickup stops are not the camp venue. The YMCA site is on Blackstrap Access Road, beyond Blackstrap Youth Camp and Cedar Lodge, as described in the official directions.
